“Firstly, the celerity between the date of order and the date of delivery was amazing. I had my MechMaxx 32 inch bandsaw within 14 calendar days. During the first attempt to deliver, one of the cartons was punctured by a forklift, fork. That day, delivery could not be completed due to the way the delivery truck had been loaded. The saw head was place to top of the crate containing the trailer and rail assembly. I did not realize the nuts and bolts on the delivery truck floor belonged to my sawmill.
Over the course of two weeks, myself my best friend assembled it. However, during the assembly, I did not have enough nuts and bolts. The wheel fender assemblies were also not included. After some communication with Customer service, my parts were shipped to my house from the factory.
The real point of this contact is to tell others that this machine is amazing. I cannot believe how heavy duty this thing is. My aforementioned best friend worked his whole life in the coal mining industry. He knows a thing or two about industrial quality. When he says this sawmill and trailer are well built, I can assure you they are.
The accuracy of the cuts is amazing. I can tell you that the accuracy permits you to literally cut veneer. That still amazes me. This thing is a simple joy to run. . If you are in doubt about the quality, please don’t be. Presently I am using a mixture of 50/50, bar and chain oil/kerosene to lubricate the blade.
Each one of you reading this will probably learn this lesson the hard way. YOU HAVE GOT TO LOWER THE LOG STOPS BELOW THE BLADE DEPTH. The blades aren’t designed to cut metal. And just like that the new blade was destroyed. To prevent this being an issue in the future, I cut quarter sawn red oak and cherry scraps to serve as sacrificial log stops. Trust me on this one. Your will not be disappointed.

It took me a total of 3 hours to unpack assemble and get it ready to make sawdust. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I had 5 logs that I saved for the day to come when I would have a sawmill. The hardest part of the whole thing is getting the log up on the rails by hand. My first log was a 28 inch Cherry. “This is the 3rd sawmill I've had. The first 2 were Woodland mills, so that's all I have to base my comparisons to. If you want the quick answer, it's a great mill for the price. For more details, read on. The tracks and bunks are great, very sturdy and straight. No complaints there. The log clamps are OK, but don't slide back and forth on the bar very easy. I'm thinking about sanding down the edges of the short tube that the clamps slide into, that should help, just haven't done it yet. The frame of the sawhead is stout and seems well built. The design is good, and very similar to Woodland Mills. There are no nylon bushings between the upright square cubes and the 2 receivers of the sawhead, so you have to use the 2 clamps to lock down the sawhead in order for the blade to cut level horizontally. It's not a bad design, but the blade will drop about 1/16" when clamped, so going into a pencil mark on the end of the log, you must compensate for that. You'll get used to it. The motor seems good, I bought the Zonsen 15hp. Although it was backfiring when I let off the throttle. Adjustment of the air/fuel mixture should fix that. So far I have 10 hours on it. There are no bearings in the blade guides for the back of the blade to spin on like the Woodland mills have, which causes more resistance. Not as good of a design there, but keep in mind Woodland mills are almost twice the price. The customer service isn't awesome, probably due to Chinese/English translation of emails, but they try. Shipping was pretty fast, I believe 10 days for mine. The instructions to put it together we're kinda vague, but there's plenty of videos to help. It went fast for me, but it's also the 3rd one I've put together. All in all, I doubt you'll find a better mill in the price range”

The electric start Ducar engine has plenty of power and starts right up every time.
I recommend using a torque wrench 30-35# to tighten the blade, monitor your blade guides closely (bearings mounting bolts need tightening), always check your blade alignment on the drive wheels before starting.
